Daily (22.11.2022): Energy complex climbed on Monday amid colder weather
Crude oil prices closed fractionally lower on Monday in a volatile trading session, after Saudi Arabia “categorically” denied a report that Opec was considering an increase in output that would help to counteract a loss of Russian crude supplies. Hence, Brent crude slipped by 0.2% to settle at $87.45 a barrel. U.S. WTI crude ended the day rather flat $80.04 a barrel.

Daily (17.11.2022): Oil prices were bearish on Wednesday after the restart of crude supplies via Druzhba pipeline
Oil prices dropped on Wednesday as a result of the commencement of Russian oil supplies via the Druzhba pipeline to Hungary and an increase in COVID-19 cases in China. As a result, Brent crude settled at $92.86 a barrel, down 1%. WTI crude decreased by 1.5% to $85.59 per barrel.

EU to propose natural gas price cap after Nov. 24 meeting
The European Commission plans to propose a cap on natural gas prices after Nov. 24, as it seeks to contain an energy crisis stemming from Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the EU's energy policy chief told Reuters on Wednesday.
