Hungary’s MOL likely to purchase ENI’s Czech, Slovak, Romanian units
Hungarian oil and gas group MOL declared it had decided to purchase Eni's Czech, Slovak and Romanian units, counting as well 208 filling stations, with the aim to expand market share, mainly in the Czech retail market.

Interest in UK oil and gas licenses declines after plentiful year
Interest in running new oil and gas fields in Britain's North Sea dropped to its lowest level in seven years, taking into consideration that the energy ministry announced on Tuesday it had obtained 173 requests in its most recent offshore licensing round.

Daily: British gas prices drop amid low demand, LNG ample imports
U.S. crude oil futures ended nearly unchanged on Tuesday, but rebounded after the settlement trade closure after the industry group the American Petroleum Institute unveiled that crude inventories fell the previous week, challenging analysts’ expectations for an increase. Meanwhile, Brent crude prices declined on Tuesday dragged down by the restart in Libyan supply.
