Daily: WTI crude rallies at four-month high on robust winter demand

Brent crude traded above $110 a barrel on Wednesday, destabilized by internal conflict in South Sudan and oil supply disruption in Libya, while protests in Venezuela raised concerns. Eni has made an important oil and gas discovery in Congo

Italian oil and gas company Eni has made an important oil and gas discovery in the Marine XII block located about 17 km offshore Congo, at the Nene Marine 3 well. According to the company, the field where the well is sited might contain about 1.2 billion barrels of oil and 30 billion cubic metres of gas in place.
