Crude oil price rises on expectations of U.S. crude stocks falling
Oil rose on Tuesday, recovering from the previous day's drop, as expectations of further declines in U.S. crude inventories outweighed fears that spreading COVID-19 variants could derail a global economic recovery.

Daily (21.05.2021): EUAs climbed back above 52 EUR /t on Thursday as sentiment turns bullish
Oil prices saw another day of losses on Thursday as investors remained concerned about a possible return of Iranian supply, the rise of U.S. crude stocks and rising coronavirus figures in Asia. Hence, Brent crude shed by $1.55, or 2.3% to settle at $65.11 a barrel. Meanwhile, U.S. WTI crude declined by $1.42, or 2.2% to end at $61.94 a barrel.

Daily (06.05.2021): Carbon prices increased by 1.7% on Wednesday due to stronger interest in the market
Crude oil prices remained rangebound on Wednesday, as gains from declining crude stocks in the United States were limited by concerns over global demand for black gold. Brent crude ended rather unchanged at $68.96 a barrel, and WTI oil edged 0.1% lower at $65.63 a barrel.

Daily (22.04.2021): Crude oil prices lost 2% on Wednesday, influenced by an increase in US crude stocks
Crude oil prices were bearish on Wednesday, pressured by an increase in US commercial crude stocks. Furthermore, concerns over the number of Covid-19 infections which limits global consumption also weighed on prices. As such, Brent oil lost 1.9% to close at $65.32 a barrel and WTI crude fell by 2.1% to $61.35 a barrel.

Daily (09.04.2021): NBP spot rebounded on Thursday amid cold weather and weaker supply
Crude oil prices closed on a mixed note on Thursday, as demand concerns driven by the rise in COVID-19 cases around the world and bigger-than-expected weekly increase in U.S. gasoline stocks pressured the market. Hence, Brent crude settled at $63.20 a barrel, while WTI crude lost 0.3% to end at $59.60 a barrel.
