Crude oil futures traded down on Friday on lasting worries about Greece’s debt and U.S. slow economic growth. U.S. crude oil for July delivery traded at 93.01 dollars a barrel, down 1.94 dollars, having hit the lowest level since the February 18, when it registered a level of 86.20 dollars.

U.S. crude oil prices decreased on Wednesday, having hit the lowest level since February 22, as weak economic data and a stronger dollar weighed on oil prices. U.S. crude oil for July delivery settled at 94.81 dollars a barrel, down 4.56 dollars, the lowest level since front-month crude closed at 93.57 on February 22.

China to suspend new nuclear power projects
China will put its nuclear power plans on hold, following months of debates after the Japanese nuclear disaster at the Fukushima power plant in March which reversed the whole world against nuclear energy.

Crude oil futures increased on Tuesday supported by U.S. and Chinese economic data that diminished some worries about oil demand. ICE Brent crude for July delivery traded at 120.16 dollars a barrel, up 1.06 dollars, after a trading range from 118.56 to 120.75 dollars and registering the utmost level since May 4, when Brent crude closed the session at 121.19 dollars.

U.S. crude oil futures traded down on Monday for a second consecutive session as a downgrade in credit ratings of Greece sparked worries about global economic growth and demand for oil. U.S. crude for July delivery traded at 97.30 dollars a barrel, down 1.99 dollars after a trading range between 96.13 and 99.32 dollars.
